Shipping Destinations
ARI ships worldwide. We currently ship to Armenia, United States, France, Lebanon, Georgia, Germany, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and all other countries served by DHL and FedEx.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is paid by the customer and calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We do not absorb shipping costs — every order ships at the actual carrier rate.
Estimated shipping costs:
- Armenia (local) — 1,000–2,000 AMD via Yandex Delivery
- Europe — approximately $25–35 USD via DHL
- United States — approximately $30–40 USD via DHL or FedEx
- Middle East — approximately $25–35 USD via DHL
- Rest of world — calculated at checkout
Processing Time
ARI drops are made to order in limited quantities. Processing time after an order is placed is 2–5 business days before dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order leaves Yerevan.
Delivery Times
- Armenia — 1–2 business days
- Europe — 3–7 business days
- United States — 5–10 business days
- Middle East — 3–7 business days
- Rest of world — 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. ARI is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking information by email once your order is dispatched. Track your shipment directly on the DHL or FedEx website using your tracking number.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@ari-official.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
