These Terms of Service govern your use of ari-official.com and the purchase of products from ARI — Armenian Heritage Clothing, an individual entrepreneur business registered in the Republic of Armenia. By visiting our site and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All ARI drops are strictly limited edition. Each drop is produced in 100 numbered pieces and will never be restocked once sold out. Product images are representative of the design — minor variations in print placement may occur.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in your selected currency. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely by ONERWAY. All transactions are encrypted. We do not store card details.

5. Orders

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs are paid by the customer and calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. ARI is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. See our Returns Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ari-official.com — including designs, images, text, and the ARI brand identity — is the property of ARI — Armenian Heritage Clothing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

ARI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
