How can I use my points?
Trade your points in for a voucher, then apply the voucher code at checkout to get money off your order.
Why haven't I received points for my order yet?
Points are added to your account 14 days after your order, once our return window has passed.
Why did my points expire?
Points expire after 6 months with no purchase activity on your account.
Can I stack more than one loyalty discount on an order?
Only one loyalty voucher can be applied per order.
Is there a minimum order value for a voucher?
Yes — each voucher has its own minimum order requirement: 1,800 AMD off needs an order of at least 24,900 AMD; 2,900 AMD off needs 30,000 AMD; 3,700 AMD off needs 35,000 AMD; 4,400 AMD off needs 40,000 AMD; 5,500 AMD off needs 50,000 AMD; and 36,000 AMD off needs 130,000 AMD.
Can I use my points during Black Friday?
Yes, your points work on already-discounted Black Friday items too — but points and promo codes can't be combined on the same order.
It's my birthday today — can I get my birthday points now?
Not on the day itself — add your birthday to your account a few days ahead of time so your points are ready when it arrives.
What are Exclusive Bundles?
Each month we feature one collection as that month's Exclusive Bundle. Buy any 3 pieces from it and apply that month's code at checkout for 15% off. We send the collection link and code by email and SMS.
How does the once-a-year 20% off work?
Legend members get 20% off full-price items during our New Year promotion, on orders of $250 or more. This can't be combined with any other discount.
How does free shipping work?
Noble, Herald, and Legend members get free shipping automatically at checkout on orders over $200 — no code needed.
How does the referral reward work?
Share your referral link — your friend gets a one-time discount on their first order, and once they complete an order of $100 or more, you earn 10 points as a thank-you.
Can I use my points in-store?
You earn points on both online and in-store purchases, but points can only be redeemed online.
When does my tier update or reset?
Your tier runs on a rolling 12-month window, not a fixed calendar date — the clock starts the day you enter a tier. Move up, and the clock restarts from that day. If you don't meet the spend requirement again within that window, you'll move down a tier.
Can these rules change?
Yes — we may update program rules, including tier requirements and point thresholds, up to twice a year.
