Shipping Policy

ARI ships from Yerevan, Armenia. Every order is fully tracked from the moment it leaves us until it arrives with you.

Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding Armenian public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

For pre-orders, dispatch begins after September 21, 2026, once payment is confirmed via the payment link sent to you.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs inspections, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause delays. Please allow up to 15 working days for international orders before contacting us about a delay.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order at any time via the link in your dispatch email. 

Duties & Taxes

Armenia: No import duties or taxes apply to orders shipped within Armenia.

International: Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country's customs authority. Armenia's customs threshold (duty-free limit) is €200 / approximately 84,000 AMD — orders below this value are typically not subject to import duties when shipped to Armenia from abroad.

ARI does not cover import duties or taxes for international orders unless explicitly stated. If you are unsure about customs requirements in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the delivery country. Address corrections within the same country may be possible if requested before dispatch — email info@ari-official.com immediately.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@ari-official.com as soon as possible. We will open an investigation with the carrier.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain the item and all original packaging while we investigate.

Returned Shipments

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, unpaid customs duties, or failure to collect, the order will be eligible for Store Credit only, after deducting any costs incurred by ARI as a result of the return.
